Please read this section on visitor information for the answers to some of our frequently asked questions.
Our shows usually finish at 10pm, as we have our club nights on afterwards. Please bear this in mind when attending a show, as the headline act will likely take to the stage far earlier than at other venues.
We have a cloakroom open for most Garage and G2 shows. This is charged at £2 per item. Unfortunately, Attic shows do not have cloakroom facilities.
If you have selected the “collect on Box Office” option on your tickets, the Box office will open when the doors for the show open. Tickets cannot be collected prior to the event.
We DO NOT sell tickets from the venue as all shows are organised by outside promoters. We recommend using a reputable ticket seller such as Ticketmaster, Ticketweb, Tickets Scotland, See Tickets etc.
We DO NOT have any space for customer parking.
There is very limited street parking, which is free after 8pm. Additionally, there are two car parks within walking distance of the venue: 1. Charing Cross Car Park (0.2 miles) and 2. Q-Park Sauchiehall Street (0.4 miles). For more information on parking in Glasgow, please visit the Glasgow City Council’s website and interactive map.
We have a dedicated page for people with accessibility requirements such as Essential Companions, Seating, Accessible Entry etc. For more information please click here.
