Q. When are you open?

A. The club is open as follows:

Q.  What events do you have coming up?

A. All our club events can be found here, gig listings can be seen here. Check back regularly for new announcements!

Q.  Do you have a dress code?

A. We do have a relaxed dress code and prefer you wear something you’re comfortable in, however we do not allow joggers/tracksuit bottoms, branded sports shorts, or football strips.

Q.  Can I come in by myself?

A. Unfortunately, we operate a lone person policy, whereby no one is allowed entrance to the club on their own. The primary reason for this is to ensure that you always have someone to look after you if you take unwell.

The above does NOT apply to gigs, if you are attending a gig you are welcome to come on your own.

Q.  Do I need a ticket to get in? 

A. You do not need a ticket to get in to the club, you can always pay entry on arrival at our cash desk (cash or card) Some events are ticketed to allow priority access and we often recommend taking advantage of this to avoid queuing.

For gigs, you will need a ticket unless the promoter of the show has stated there will be tickets available on the door. You can find the promoter for each gig on our gig listings page.

Q.  How much is entry to the club?

A. Our standard entry prices can be found below:

SUNDAY – THURSDAY

£5 standard entry // Free for students until midnight // £4 student entry after midnight

FRIDAY

£7 standard entry // £5 student entry

SATURDAY

£8 standard entry // £6 student entry

Please note prices may vary for special events such as Halloween, Hogmanay, Bank Holidays, etc. We also regularly run promotional entry deals with gig tickets, or for themed events. These can often be found on our social media channels.

Q.  How do I get on the Guestlist

A. We only do a guestlist on Saturday night. You can either join our guestlist group or head to our instagram stories on the day. The guestlist is posted before midday on Saturdays, and you have until 10:00pm to comment your name + how many are in the group. For example Taylor Swift + 7.

Once you’re on the guestlist, you have until 12:30am to arrive and claim half price entry and queue skip.

Q.  What’s the last time I can get in to the club?

A. Last entry is usually around 1:30am.

Q.  I’ve left something in The Garage, what do I do?

A. Drop an email to lost@hfents.com and they’ll help you. Unfortunately we aren’t open 24/7 but we do aim to get back to you as soon as physically possible. Any items that have been left behind in the cloakroom can be collected Tuesday – Saturday from 11pm.

Q.  what are the age restrictions?

A. Most of our gigs are 14+ with under 16s accompanied by an adult.

The club is strictly 18+ and valid ID is required.

Q.  what ID do you accept?

A. The only things we formally accept as primary forms of ID are a passport, BRP card or provisional/driving licence. We do have to be rather strict when it comes to ID and can only apologise for this but unfortunately this is part and parcel of operating a nightclub which operates the challenge 25 policy.

Q. Is there a cloakroom I can use?

A. Yes, we have a cloakroom available for most club and gig events. It is £2 per item to use the cloakroom.

Q.  How can I book a VIP booth package?

A. Please email booths@hfents.com with the date that you’re interested in and the number of people that you expect to be in your group and we’ll get back to you asap. Please note the minimum for booths is 6 people. Alternatively have a look through our Book A Booth page to give you an idea of what we offer.

Q.  Can you tell me the set times for a gig I’m attending?

A. All of our shows are hosted by external promoters, therefore we do not have this information. However, doors tend to open for 7pm (unless your ticket states otherwise) and most of our gigs have a 10:30pm curfew.

Q.  I need to make accessibility arrangements, who do I contact?

A. We offers in-depth instructions and information about accessibility to the venue. Please visit our dedicated accessibility page for more information.

Q.  I’ve chosen to collect my ticket from box office, when can I collect?

A. The box office is located within the venue, you can collect your tickets on arrival once doors open.

Q.  I’ve lost or forgotten my ticket, what should I do?

Please contact your point of purchase and they will be able to assist you, and a duplicate ticket may be able to be arranged. Unfortunately as the gigs are ran by external promoters we have no control over ticket allocation.
